Order Processing
We process your orders based in the order they are received. We strive to fulfill your complete order as soon as possible. Please allow up to 2 (two) business days starting from when you have completed your payment. Orders which payments are completed after 4PM will be processed starting the next business day.

Item Unavailability
You will be notified if we are unable to complete the quantity you had ordered.  You may choose to be refunded for the unavailable item, replace it with another item or purchase the available item. However, you may not cancel the rest of your order. They will be put on hold as we wait for your reply for two business days.

Refunds will be processed within two business days through our BCA account. The time of receipt will depend on the bank of the receiving accounts.

Shipping Delivery
Our standard shipping is the regular service of JNE. You may track your shipment through your Click & Stitch account.
Please drop us an email before checking out if you prefer another shipping alternative.

Insurance
We recommend shipping insurance for orders above 10 yards of fabric.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We pack our shipment with care. We make sure that the the package is wrapped with plastic at the courier station. However, packages that are lost and damaged during transit are beyond our control. Therefore we cannot be responsible for it. We will assist you in providing you information that you can use to claim to JNE or the mail carrier of your choice.

We will not reship lost or damaged packages.

Shipping FAQs

We ship almost worldwide! Unfortunately, we do not ship to South America. Your orders will be shipped with a mail/logistic carrier of your choice. If you are located outside Indonesia, please head over to our Overseas Costumer information page.

Please allow three business days after items’ arrival for us to ship your pre-order. More information can be read on the Pre-Order information page.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays.

In order to avoid mishandling, please input separate orders for each address.

Yes, as long as the payments are completed on the same business day. If the combined shipping costs less than the shipping fee you had paid, you will be refunded within two business days.

 

Rejoice!! You can secure your piece of dream fabric while it is being shipped from the manufacturers to us. You will be required to pay in full for your pre-order. Your payment will be refunded if we never receive the items.
We will ship pre-orders as soon as the fabrics arrive in the order they are received. Please allow us some time to process your shipment.
If you would like to purchase our fabrics that are in stock, please purchase them separately. If you combine pre-order and in stock fabrics in your purchase, they will be shipped together when the pre-order fabrics are ready.

Pre-Order FAQs

Sure thing, drop us an email. You may have to pay extra shipping fee.

Some manufacturers do not allow us to sell their fabric before their release date. It may also be that the fabric has not been shipped to us. We do not open pre-order unless the items are on its way.

We cannot pinpoint the day of arrival, however we can give you an estimate. It all depends on how fast the fabrics can be cleared at Indonesian customs.
